General TermsAll items are non-refundable, all sales are final.

All cabana reservations will be required to meet the the specified minimum amount.  Spend does not include applicable taxes, venue fees, or staff gratuity.  Any overages will be required to be paid onsite on the date of your reservation.

Refund Policy

All items are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation PolicyIn the event of a rainout you will have the ability to attend a future date. Tickets and deposits are non-refundable. 

Item Transfer PolicyAll items are non-transferrable.

Age RestrictionMust be 21+ to enter with valid photo ID.All guests must show a VALID (NOT EXPIRED), government issued ID in compliance with the requirements and guidelines of the New York State Liquor Authority. Photos or scans of IDs or Passports and NY State Identification Cards are not acceptable forms of identification.

Miscellaneous PoliciesDoors close at 5PM sharp, and no entry will be allowed to any guests after this time.
