Lawn Cabanas: 10 persons max. You have the option to deposit 50% and pay the rest upon arrival or pay in full upfront. Comes with Pool access. You must check-in for your cabana by 2PM.

Lawn Tables: 8 persons max. You have the option to deposit 50% and pay the rest upon arrival or pay in full upfront. Comes with Pool access. You must check-in for your table by 2PM.

Lawn Chairs: Includes lounge chair for one person and a towel. Pool Access.

Pool Cabanas: 8-10 persons max. You have the option to deposit 50% and pay the rest upon arrival or pay in full upfront. Comes with Pool access. You must check-in for your cabana by 2PM.

Pool Tables: 8 persons max. You have the option to deposit 50% and pay the rest upon arrival or pay in full upfront. Comes with Pool access. You must check-in for your table by 2PM.

Pool Chairs: Includes lounge chair for one person and a towel. Pool Access.

All table & cabana reservations will be required to meet the specified minimum amount. Spend does not include applicable taxes, venue fees, or staff gratuity. Any overages will be required to be paid on site on the date of your reservation. 

**Service Charge does NOT go to the venue or towards the minimum spend.

All items are non-refundable, all sales are final.

All cabana reservations will be required to meet the the specified minimum amount.  Spend does not include applicable taxes, venue fees, or staff gratuity.  Any overages will be required to be paid onsite on the date of your reservation.

Refund Policy

All items are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a rainout you will have the ability to attend a future date. Tickets and deposits are non-refundable. 

Item Transfer Policy

All items are non-transferrable.

Age Restriction

Must be 21+ to enter with valid photo ID.All guests must show a VALID (NOT EXPIRED), government issued ID in compliance with the requirements and guidelines of the New York State Liquor Authority. Photos or scans of IDs or Passports and NY State Identification Cards are not acceptable forms of identification.

Doors close at 5PM sharp, and no entry will be allowed to any guests after this time.

While known mainly as a TV personality and producer, Brody Jenner is also an extremely talented musician and DJ. Having grown up with strong musical influences including his mother, Grammy award winning songwriter Linda Thompson and his stepfather, 16 time Grammy winner David Foster, Jenner learned to play several musical instruments including the drums and guitar as a child. Recently his love for music has lead him to partner up with one of Hollywood’s most elite DJs, Devin Lucien. Devin Lucien is one of the most in demand DJs in the city of Los Angeles. He holds and maintains residencies in the most exclusive venues in Los Angeles as well as nightclubs across the globe including domestically in the cities of Las Vegas, New York and Miami to name a few.
